HUPO Council (Board of Directors)
The HUPO Council is the decision-making body. It includes a board of directors and the President.
The Board of Directors is elected by the HUPO members.
The President is the Chief Executive Officer of the organization and is elected by the HUPO council. He/she:
- Has general and active management of the organization and direction over other officers, agents and employees
- Presides, if present, at each meeting of the members and Board of Directors (council)
