HUPO 2020 General Assembly of Members – conducted online Tuesday, October 20

As we hope you’ve seen, HUPO Connect 2020 will be held virtually this year and we hope you plan to attend and support our first virtual congress! All information and registration details can be found here: https://hupo2020.org/

As we unfortunately can’t meet in person, the 2020 General Assembly of Members (GAM) will also be held online. Since we have international time zones to accommodate, two sessions will be offered; you are only requested to attend one session.

Join us for the inaugural HUPO ’Table Quiz' which will take place immediately after the meeting's main business. In a fun 30minute session you will be able to test your proteomics knowledge against others… facts and trivia! Identify proteomics experts from past photos, spot the differences between proteomics methods, who has what in common, which is the odd one out…and lots more. Download the KAHOOT app (https://kahoot.com/home/mobile-app/) to join the quiz and provide your answers. With a live updated leader board and prizes for the winners as well as the now legendary ‘booby’ prizes for those who do not come out on top (just the opposite) it promises to be a lively and potentially hilarious session. Kathryn Lilley" will be our "Quizmiastress Extraordinaire”.

The HUPO 2020 Council election began on September 21st and a unique voting ID and password was sent to you via email directly from Simply Voting. If you didn't receive an email from Simply Voting in your inbox on September 21st please check your spam/junk folder. The voting process is quick, easy and anonymous so please vote. Every vote counts!

We hope to see you online on Tuesday, October 20.
