Postdoctoral Fellow Position - Computational Mass Spectrometry
(Starting immediately or upon agreement)
The Caron lab is seeking applications from highly motivated candidates for a postdoctoral position in computationalmass spectrometry at the CHU Sainte Justine Research Center at the University of Montreal. The successful candidate will be a member of Etienne Caron’s laboratory.
The Caron lab is interested in developing and applying next-generation mass spectrometry technologies (data-independent acquisition or SWATH-MS) to advance the field of cancer immunotherapy. The Caronlab uses proteomics, HLA peptidomics/immunopeptidomics and computational mass spectrometry approaches to identify protein biomarkers of response and relapse to checkpoint immunotherapy and to identify new forms of tumor neoantigens to design innovative anti-cancer vaccines for the treatment of refractory patients.
