Our lab is searching for MPs from cultured cell lines, immunoprecipitated samples, irradiated cells, and target protein-expressing cells. St. Marianna University School of Medicine (Prof. Toshihide Nishimura’s group) is searching for MPs from FFPE (formalin fixed paraffin embedded) sections of clinical specimens. In the analysis of immunopeptidomics, we are developing analytical methods that include the detection of immuno-peptides derived from non-canonical proteins.
