Dear friends and colleagues,
On behalf of the organising committee, it is my great pleasure to invite you to join the Proteomic Forum 2022 | XIV. Annual Congress of the European Proteomics Association. The congress will provide a unique opportunity to present and discuss progress in the interdisciplinary field of proteome research, including applications and data modelling. In the beautiful Kongresshalle am Zoo in Leipzig you will have the chance to discuss your data with your colleagues and leading experts in the field. Education will be a major theme of the conference and thus the program will feature diverse activities ranging from an educational day on Sunday, three “Meet the experts” sessions, a “Mentoring session” and “Workshops | Training courses”.
From Sunday through Thursday, a mix of plenary and parallel sessions will cover topics like: Single cell proteomics, Structural proteomics and protein complexes, Systems biology and medicine, Subcellular and spatial proteomics, Computational proteomics, big data and modelling, Proteomics in cell biology, Proteomics meets virology – Viral proteomics, Precision medicine in wellness and disease - Deep proteomic phenotyping in cohorts, Top down proteomics, Plant and nutrition, Human disease: Cancer, neuro, cardio, rare, immunology, Bioinformatics, Data processing and many more.
Thus, a broad spectrum of interdisciplinary research and applications of proteomics will be covered by talks of invited speakers and short talks selected from submitted abstracts. Each of the participants will have the opportunity to present their latest results in six poster sessions from Sunday through Thursday.
Complementing the scientific programme, an industrial exhibition will cover the latest products and developments in proteomics technologies.
